For First Time Puppy bookings. This is introduction to grooming, the salon, the noises, the tools and us. Incorporated into this visit is lots of playing, toys and fun to build trust and relationship with your new baby. It's a gentle warm Bath & Low Blowdry with Happy Hoody and simple Hygiene Tidy on Face, Feet, Belly & Bottom ONLY. Must be 16 weeks up to 6 months and fully vaccinated. Note: WE WILL NOT GIVE PUPPYS FULL GROOMS ON FIRST VISIT!  Ask us about our Exclusive Puppy Program.

Available for all furbabies without matting. 

Our Bath & Blow Dry Service for both Short and Long Coat includes two warm baths in Salon Quality Shampoo & Conditioner specific to Coat Type, Caring Blowdry with Happy Hoody, Coat Brush Out, Eyes & Ear Cleaning, Nail Trimming, Cologne and lots of Treats & Cuddles! Ensure to pick correct coat length/type for your furbaby when booking this Service. If your furbaby has matting or compacted coat please discuss with us prior to service.

Ideal service for furbabies who leave hair everywhere or with each season change. This 3-step process assists in the removal of collected undercoat in short hair or double-coated breeds. It cleanses and neutralise the coat to help remove all dirt, odour, and excess buildup. It fills in damaged or rough areas of hair cuticle and conditions and seals the cuticle promoting maximum release. Removes approx 80% of excess coat. This service has optional Pants Tidy, Paw Trim and Leg Feathers Trim. 

Achievable for furbabies that come every 4-6 weeks who are brushed and combed on a regular basis. Designed for in between grooms and the winter months. This Service allows your furbaby to maintain the length of their coat with all the important messy bits tidied up. Includes two warm baths in Salon Quality Shampoo & Conditioner, Caring Blowdry with Happy Hoody, Coat Brush Out, Grooming around Face, Feet & Pads, Belly & Bottom, Eyes and Ears Cleaned, Nail Trimming, Treats & Cuddles.

This package is for furbabies groomed on a 8-10 week basis. It consists of a short all over body and leg groom with a simple styled face. Basic Grooms are a practical groom recommended for dogs who don’t like being brushed and/or for owners that lead busy lives. Includes two warm Baths in Salon Quality Shampoo & Conditioner, Caring Blowdry with Happy Hoody, Coat Brush Out, Eyes and Ears Cleaned, Nail Trimming and a shorter, easy to maintain cute but basic all over Groom, Treats & Cuddles.

This is for dedicated Pet Parents with no longer than 6-8 weeks between grooms to maintain coat condition. A Premium Style Groom can only be offered to furbabies who are brushed regularly and kept knot-free. Includes two warm Baths in Premium Salon Quality Shampoo & Conditioner, Caring Blowdry with Happy Hoody, Finishing Fluff Dry, Full Coat Comb Out, Eyes and Ears Cleaned, Teeth Brushing, Longer Length Premium Style Groom eg: Breed Specific/Hand Scissoring/ Shaping/ Poodle Tips/Teddy Grooms etc
